The Commission has received an application from the Glen Meadow Community Water Association Incorporated for an exemption from the requirement to hold a water retail licence under the Water Industry Act 2012 (the Act). Glen Meadow Community Water Association Incorporated provides non-potable water to 79 residential customers.
The application for exemption submitted by Glen Meadow Community Water Association Incorporated is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 17 November 2017. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
