Water retail licence variation application – Alano Utilities Pty Ltd

The Commission has received an application from Alano Utilities Pty Ltd for a water retail licence variation in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012. The applicant is seeking to extend its operations of three sewerage networks located in Mallala, Adore Estate (Mt Barker), and Wistow.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 17 January 2025. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
