Water retail licence variation application – District Council of Elliston

The Commission has received an application from the District Council of Elliston for a water retail licence variation in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012 Act. The applicant is seeking to provide drinking water services at Port Kenny. The applicant will continue to operate its other non-drinking water and sewerage services.
The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 29 April 2022. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
