Review of the Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme Code – draft decision

The Commission has published a draft decision on its review of the REPS Code. The draft decision proposes changes to some aspects of the Code to ensure it continues to effectively protect the long-term interests of consumers for the second REPS period of 2026-2030.

Stakeholders are invited to provide submissions on the draft decisions by Friday 11 April 2025 via [email protected]. 

The Commission welcomes discussions and can arrange meetings with stakeholders on the matters raised in the draft decision or any related matters.
