The Commission has released the Tarcoola-Darwin Rail Access Regulation Annual
Report and South Australian Rail Access Regulation Annual Report for the 2014-15
year.
Clause 7 of the AustralAsia Railway (Third Party Access) Code requires the
Commission, on or before 30 September each year, to forward to the responsible
South Australian and Northern Territory Ministers a report of the work carried
out under the Code during the preceding financial year.
Section 9(4) of the Railways (Operations & Access) Act 1997
establishes a similar obligation in respect of the South Australian
(Intra-State) Rail Access Regime.
These reports were submitted to the responsible Ministers in both SA & NT
as required and were tabled in the SA Parliament.
