Further draft review of guidelines for the Tarcoola-Darwin railway - Archived

Following consultation on the April 2019 Draft Decision, the Commission identified new amendments on the rail guidelines for the Tarcoola-Darwin railway. The proposed new amendments clarify aspects of the Guidelines, to more explicitly address certain requirements under the Code. 

Accordingly, the Commission has released a Further Draft Decision for public consultation, to allow all stakeholders the opportunity to review the amendments.

The Final Decision for the review of Guidelines for the Tarcoola-Darwin Railway is planned for release in October 2019, together with the Final Decision for review of the South Australian Rail Access Regime Information Kit.
