The Commission has released Draft Decisions on reviews of the Tarcoola-Darwin Rail Guidelines and the SA Rail Access Regime Information Kit. The Draft Decision for the Tarcoola-Darwin Rail Guidelines retains guidance on pricing principles and proposes amendments to regulatory reporting timeframes and procedures. The Commission proposes minor changes to the SA Rail Access Regime Information Kit, retaining the pricing principles, guidelines for determining a “likely price” for access and requirements for the information brochure.    

The Commission invites written submissions on the Draft Decisions by 17 May 2019.

The Commission intends to release a Final Decisions in July 2019.
