Consultation on consumer protection reviews is closing soon

The deadline for submissions for two of the Commission’s consumer protection reviews are closing soon.

• The Commission welcomes feedback, by 13 September 2024, on its draft decision on the protections that AGN must deliver for South Australian consumers.
• The Commission also welcomes feedback, by 20 September 2024, on its draft decision on its limited review of regulatory reporting requirements for small-scale networks and on protections for electricity customers supplied via mandatory prepayment.

The Commission will consider stakeholder and public feedback made on these reviews to make final decisions in early 2025.
