Change of Name - Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd to CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd - Archived

On 16 September 2020, Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd provided the Commission with the relevant documentation from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission confirming its change of name from Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd to CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd.

The following electricity and gas licenses have been varied to reflect this change of name:

• Electricity generation licence, issued on 12 June 2019
• Electricity distribution licence, issued on 17 August 2018 and
• Gas distribution licence, issued on 15 May 2019
