The Commission has released the Energy and Off-grid Networks Regulatory Performance Reports for 2016-17.
The reports provide information on the network service/reliability performance of SA Power Networks (electricity distribution), ElectraNet (electricity transmission) and Australian Gas Networks (gas distribution), and details of the consumer protection measures and service/reliability performance outcomes of Off-grid electricity and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) providers.
