The Commission has received an application from LF Jeffries Nominees Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996. The applicant is seeking to operate a Biochar Production generating plant, located at Lot 100 Beagle Hole Road, Buckland Park, with a maximum capacity of 330 kilowatts.
The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 19 October 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
