Electricity generation licence application – Blue Lake Milling Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Blue Lake Milling Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a 1.2MW (plant capacity) Rotating Engine Generating System with a total export limit of 1MW, located at 71 Pigeon Flat Road, Bordertown.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 28 October 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
