The Commission has received an application from SAFCOL Australia Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a solar generating plant with the maximum output capacity of 0.4 megawatts, located at Elizabeth South.
The application submitted by SAFCOL Australia Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period closing on 4 October 2018.
