Electricity generation licence application – Eldercare Inc. - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Eldercare Inc. for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a 280 kilovolt ampere solar generating plant, located at Alambi Nursing Home, 86 Oaklands Road, Glengowrie.
The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 18 November 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
