Improvements to technical standards in the National Electricity Rules mean that some of the Commission’s 2017 model licence conditions for new generators may no longer be needed. 

The Commission has released a Draft Decision for stakeholder comment, which proposes to remove all but three of the 2017 model licence conditions.

Submissions are welcome by Friday, 8 November 2019.
