Variation to electricity generation licence application – LMS Energy Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from LMS Energy Pty Ltd for a variation to its electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate the following additional generating plant:

  • a 3.2 megawatt gas reciprocating engine generating plant, located at McLaren Vale; and
  • a 415 kilowatt rooftop solar generating plant, located at Wingfield.

LMS Energy Pty Ltd’s application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 25 October 2019. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
