The Commission received an application from Vibe Energy Pty Ltd for a variation to its electricity generation licence, for the removal of a decommissioned diesel generation plant listed at point 2 of the annexure:

  • Diesel generator with a maximum capacity of approximately 505kW located within Blue Lake Milling Pty Ltd, Bordertown.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 27 November 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
