Electricity generation licence application – Yongala Solar Farm Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Yongala Solar Farm Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a solar generating plant with a maximum output capacity of 2.66 megawatts, located at Yongala.

The application submitted by Yongala Solar Farm Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period closing on 7 December 2018. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the variation are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
