Electricity generation variation application – Vena Energy Services (Australia)

The Commission has received an application from Vena Energy Services (Australia) for an electricity generation licence variation in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996. The applicant is seeking to increase its licenced generation capacity to include an 87MW solar and 41.5MW battery energy storage generating plant.
The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 22 June 2022. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
