Electricity generation licence application and transfer of generation and distribution licence – CPE Funding Pty Ltd - Archived

 The Commission has received an application from CPE Funding Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence to operate:

  • a 550 kilowatt solar generating plant, with an export capacity limited to 199 kilowatt, located at 90 Sherriffs Road Morphett Vale,
  • and the transfer of an electricity generation and distribution licence held by EN Project Company One Pty Ltd.

The application form has been submitted in accordance with section 28 of the Electricity Act.

CPE Funding Pty Ltd’s application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 5 June 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
