Electricity generation licence application – Copper Coast Council - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Copper Coast Council for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate the following:

• a 150 kilowatt solar generating plant, located at Moonta, and
• a 150 kilowatt solar generating plant, located at Wallaroo.

Copper Coast Council’s application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 6 June 2019. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
