Electricity generation licence transfer to Diamond Energy Generation

The Commission has received an application from Diamond Energy Generation Pty Ltd for the transfer of the current electricity generation licence of Diamond Energy Pty Ltd. Diamond Energy Generation Pty Ltd seek to take over the operation of a 1.06MW solar generating plant located in Monash, South Australia. 

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 1 April 2022. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
