Electricity distribution and retail exemption application – Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Ltd

The Commission has received an electricity distribution and retail exemption application from Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Ltd in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996. The applicant is seeking to be exempt from the requirement to hold a licence for the operation of a small-scale distribution network located at the Wilpena Pound Resort.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 19 July 2024. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
