Variation to electricity generation licence application – Eldercare Inc.- Archived

The Commission has received an application from Eldercare Inc. for an electricity generation licence variation in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996. The applicant is seeking to operate four additional generating plant with a total export capacity of 579 kilowatt (kW), as follows:

  • a solar generating plant with total export capacity of 128kW located at the Eldercare Evanston Park Nursing Home, 17 Morrow Avenue, Evanston Park
  • a solar generating plant  with a total export capacity of 126kW, located at the Eldercare Hendon Nursing Home, 81 Tapleys Hills Road, Hendon
  • a solar generating plant with a total export capacity of 155kW, located at the Eldercare Seaford Nursing Home, 100 Seaford Road, Seaford, and
  • a solar generating plant with a total export capacity of 170kW located at The Lodge Nursing Home, 251 Young Street, Wayville.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 5 February 2021. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
