Electricity generation licence application – Infigen Energy SAGT Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Infigen Energy SAGT Pty Ltd an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a generating plant with a maximum output of 122.8MW at Lonsdale. This generating plant consists of four GE TM2500 aero derivative turbines (each 30.7MW) and is currently operated by SA Power Networks.

Infigen Energy SAGT Pty Ltd’s application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 3 April 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
