The Commission has received an application from IBA Wilpena Solar Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a 0.54 megawatt diesel and solar generation plant, located at the Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park, which is currently operated by AGL South Australia Pty Ltd.

The application submitted by IBA Wilpena Solar Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period closing on 30 November 2018. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the variation are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
