Under the Commission’s Service Standard Framework, SA Power Networks is required to use its best endeavours to meet annual service standards. While the standards are annual, quarterly performance updates provide an indication of general performance in relation to those standards. SA Power Networks’ end of year performance results are reported in full in the Regulatory Performance Report, published on an annual basis.
