Approval granted for an electricity generation licence – Eco Energy Partners Pty Ltd - Archived

On 13 March 2019, the Commission issued an electricity generation licence to Eco Energy Partners Pty Ltd for the operation of a solar generating plant with a total export capacity of 1.4 megawatts.

The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions within the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied. It has therefore approved the application.
