Approval granted for variation to generation licence – SA Water – Murray Bridge Onkaparinga No. 2 Pumping Station - Archived

On 16 December 2021, the Commission varied the electricity generation licence to SA Water for the operation of a ground mounted solar generating plant with a 13.75 megawatt (MW) generating capacity with a 10.3MW maximum export level, located at the Murray Bridge Onkaparinga No. 2 Pumping Station.
The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions within the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied. It has therefore approved the application.
