On 25 September 2020, Adelaide Hills Division of General Practice Inc. provided the Essential Services Commission with the relevant documentation from Consumer and Business Services confirming its change of name from Adelaide Hills Division of General Practice Incorporated to Summit Health Incorporated.

The electricity generation licence, issued on 12 June 2019, has been varied to reflect this change of name.
