Variation to electricity generation licence – South Australian Water Corporation (SA Water)

SA Water’s current generation licence authorises the operation of generating plant at various sites. SA Water is seeking to vary its licence to authorise the operation of the following:
- a solar generating plant and battery storage with a 1.378 MW nameplate capacity and a 1.10MW maximum export capacity at the Balhannah Summit Storage Water Filtration Plant
- a solar generating plant and battery storage with a 615kW nameplate capacity and a 530kW maximum export capacity at the Onkaparinga Hills Water Pump Station, and
- a solar generating plant and battery storage with a nameplate capacity of 2.085MW and a 1.125 MW maximum export capacity at the Aldinga Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 25 September 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
