Electricity generation licence transfer to Coopers Brewery Ltd

The Commission has received an application from Coopers Brewery Ltd for the transfer of the current electricity generation licence Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd. Coopers Brewery Ltd seek to take over the operation of a 4.4 megawatt natural gas generating plant located at Regency Park
The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 5 May 2022. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
