The Commission has received an application from Y.E.S. Energy (SA) Pty Ltd to vary its electricity generation licence to authorise the operation of 16 additional generating plant at various locations. The total export capacity of the proposed new plant in aggregate is 5.7MW.

Y.E.S. Energy (SA) Pty Ltd’s variation application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 1 May 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
