The Commission has received an application for the transfer of an electricity generation licence held by the Minister of Energy and Mining to Cowell Electric Supply Pty Ltd. The application form has been submitted in accordance with section 28 of the Electricity Act 1996.

Cowell Electric Supply Pty Ltd’s application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 26 May 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
