Administrative amendments to electricity licences 13 Jun 2017 On 9 June 2017, the Commission varied the District Council of Coober Pedy and Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Ltd’s electricity licences. Specifically, the Commission amended: • District Council of Coober Pedy’s licence at clause 25.1 and clause 25.3, to reference the correct clauses, and • Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Ltd’s licence at clause 5.1, to reference the correct clauses and the schedule to reference the correct licensee name.
