Strategy 2018-2021

The Commission is pleased to launch its Strategy 2018-2021.  

The Strategy sets out the Commission’s strategic intent and regulatory approach, and has been developed having regard to the Commission’s statutory purpose and functions, both regulatory and advisory. It explains how, in a dynamic economic environment, the Commission will embrace four strategic responses in meeting its primary objective of protecting the long-term interests of South Australian consumers.

The Strategy is supported by an annual Performance Plan, which translates the strategic direction and intent into the Commission’s work program each year.
