Running water

Water Retailers have ongoing monitoring and reporting obligations in respect of three areas: Compliance Reporting, Operational Performance Reporting and Financial Reporting. The following information has been prepared to assist Major Retailers in completing the required reports, to be submitted to the Commission each year.

A major retailer means a retailer which provides retail services to more than 50,000 connections, with major licensee having the same meaning.

A list of water retail licences issued by the Commission are available on the Water retail licensing page.
