Definitions
Unplanned System Average Interruption Duration Index normalised (USAIDIn) means the total duration of unplanned customer supply interruptions divided by total number of customers (normalised to exclude Major Event Days).
Unplanned System Average Interruption Frequency Index normalised (USAIFIn) means the total number of unplanned customer supply interruptions divided by total number of customers (normalised to exclude Major Event Days).
