The Commission has received an application from the District Council of Yorke Peninsula's for a variation to its water industry retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012.

The Commission issued the District Council of Yorke Peninsula with a water industry retail licence on 7 February 2013. On 12 February 2016, the District Council of Yorke Peninsula notified the Commission of its name change to York Peninsula Council.
Accordingly, licenced entity authorised in the water industry retail licence has been amended to be Yorke Peninsula Council.
