In October 2002, the Commission released its Final Report and Determination on its inquiry into AGL SA's proposed standing contract prices for small customers from 1 January 2003.
The Commission determined to replace AGL SA's proposed prices with a new price schedule which reduces AGL SA's projected 2003 income by $12 million or 1.3%.
The Commission's price determination applied from 1 January 2003 and remained in force until 31 December 2003.
