Price monitoring

Ports Price monitoring banner

The Commission has decided to publish an annual series of ports price monitoring reports under the price monitoring regime applying to Essential Maritime Services.

The purpose of these reports is to provide South Australian port customers and the community with information regarding certain port costs at South Australian proclaimed ports. The Commission monitors prices of Essential Maritime Services by focusing on trends in the prices and the explanations provided by Flinders Ports, rather than seeking to benchmark prices against other ports.
