SA Water is required to report financial and operational information to the Commission in accordance with the requirements and proformas specified in Water Industry Guideline No. 2 - Regulatory information requirements for Major Retailers (Guideline).

Following the amendment of the Guideline in June 2016 as part of the SA Water Regulatory Determination 2016, the Commission has amended the Explanatory Memorandum to the Guideline to provide a plain English description of the reporting provisions.
