The Commission has commenced a review of the REES Code to apply from 1 January 2018, to align with the Department of State Development’s review of the Retailer Energy Efficiency Scheme (REES) annual targets and activity minimum specifications. The review of the REES Code aims to identify improvements in the Commission’s administration of REES.

The Commission has released an Issues Paper posing specific questions related to the review and invites submissions to these questions from REES stakeholders and interested parties by 9 June 2017.
