Electricity generation licence surrender - Flinders Power Partnership

On 17 May 2017, the Commission received notification from Flinders Power Partnership for the surrender of its licence. In providing this notification, Flinders Power Partnership requested to shorten the six month notice period required in the Electricity Act 1996. The Commission considered this request and agreed to shorten the required period of notice.

Therefore, Flinders Power Partnership's electricity licence has been surrendered effective 27 July 2017.
