Approval of electricity generation licence application - Scentre Shopping Centre Management

On 14 December 2017, the Commission issued an electricity generation licence to Scentre Shopping Centre Management (SA) Pty Ltd, authorising the operation of a solar generation plant with a maximum capacity of 540kW, located at Westfield Marion Shopping Centre.

The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied.
