Licence Applications
Entities wishing to apply for a South Australian licence should read Advisory Bulletin No 4/7 which outlines the procedure for the issuing of licences.
To apply for a South Australian licence, entities must complete and submit the one of the following separate application forms for each type of licence that can be issued by the Commission.

Environmental Land Services (Aust) Pty Ltd as Trustee for Environmental Land Services (Aust) Trust has applied for a reticulated LPG Gas Distribution Licence.
The application has been made pursuant to Part 3 of the Gas Act 1997 (Gas Act). Environmental Land Services (Aust) Pty Ltd currently provides distribution services to customers at the Bluestone Estate at Mt Barker and has previously been exempted by the Commission from the requirement to obtain a distribution licence. The exemption will expire on the earlier of 31 December 2013 and the date when the Commission issues a distribution licence to Environmental Land Services.
The application will be assessed against criteria specified in the Gas Act and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002. Comments in respect of the application should be provided on or before Friday 28 June 2013. |

Origin Energy LPG Limited has applied for a reticulated LPG Gas Distribution Licence and Origin Energy Retail Limited has applied for a reticulated LPG Gas Retail Licence.
The applications have been made pursuant to Part 3 of the Gas Act 1997 (Gas Act). Origin Energy currently provides reticulated LPG distribution and retail services to customers at several regional centres. Origin Energy LPG Ltd has previously been exempted by the Commission from the requirement to obtain a distribution licence while Origin Energy Retail Ltd has previously provided retail services under a gas retail licence issued by the Commission. The exemption will expire on the earlier of 31 December 2013 and the date when the Commission issues a distribution licence to Origin Ltd.
The applications will be assessed against criteria specified in the Gas Act and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002. Comments in respect of the applications should be provided on or before Friday 28 June 2013.
