1. AGL Wholesale Gas Limited

   • Exempt from the requirement to hold a Retail licence for the sale and supply of gas to AGL South Australia Pty Ltd ('AGL SA') in respect of use by AGL SA in a back-up boiler connected with the Coopers Brewery Cogeneration project, subject to conditions.

2. Elgas Limited

   Exemption Issued 26/03/08

   • Varied on 21/11/12 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2013 or a date (to be advised) from which a new licensing regime applies.
   • Varied on 27/9/10 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2012 or a date (to be advised) from which new legislative arrangements for reticulated LPG are known.
   • Varied on 8/12/09 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2010 and the date on which a licence is issued.
   • Varied on 9/06/09 to expire on 31/12/09.
   • Varied on 15/01/09 to expire on 30/6/09 and to include retailing activities at Bluestone Estate Mt Barker & Point Boston at Pt Lincoln.
   • Exempt from the requirements of section 19 of the Gas Act 1997 to hold distribution and retail gas licences for its LPG distribution system at Hanlins Rise, Clare in South Australia.

3. Environmental Land Services Pty Ltd

   Current Exemption 21/11/12

   • Varied on 21/11/12 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2013 or a date (to be advised) from which a new licensing regime applies
   • Varied on 27/9/10 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2012 or a date (to be advised) from which new legislative arrangements for reticulated LPG are known.
   • Varied on 8/12/09 to expire on the earlier of 31 December 2010 and the date on which a licence is issued.
   • Environmental Land Services Pty Ltd was granted, pursuant to section 77 of the Gas Act 1997, an exemption on 16/10/09 until 31/12/09 from the obligation to hold a gas distribution licence.  Environmental Land Services Pty Ltd will supply reticulated liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the Bluestone Estate at Mt Barker.

4. Origin Energy LPG Limited

   Current Exemption 7/07/08

   Exemption Issued 13/12/02

   • Exemption varied to separately identify each location at which LPG is reticulated with effect on and from 7/07/08.
   • Re-issued by the Essential Services Commission of South Australia on 26/02/04.
   • Initial Exemption operated from 1/1/03 until 31/12/03.
   • Exempt from the requirements of section 19 of the Gas Act 1997 to hold a licence to carry on the operation of LPG distribution systems within South Australia.
