In accordance with the 2008 Price Determination (the Determination), Origin Energy has submitted to the Commission a Statement of Approval of SA gas standing contract retailer tariffs for the regulatory period 1 July 2009 - 30 June 2010. 

The Commission is currently assessing Statement for Approval to ensure that it complies with all relevant requirements of the Determination.
