      EIC Energy Information Centre
      EIOSA Refers to the Energy Industry Ombudsman Scheme. The Scheme is established through the Constitution of the Energy Industry Ombudsman (SA) Ltd, a company limited by guarantee and established on 16 October 1999. All licensed electricity retailers selling to customers with annual electricity consumption of less than 750 MWh, and electricity distribution and transmission entities in SA are required to participate in the Scheme, as are all licensed gas retailers selling to customers with annual gas consumption of less than 10 TJ, and gas distribution entities in SA.
