Overview
As part of its
consideration of demand side issues in general, and as part of the electricity
distribution price review, the Commission undertook a survey to determine the
incidence of airconditioning in low income households.

The Commission
released the survey report which specifically compared the incidence, type and
usage patterns of air-conditioners in the general population and low-income
households in South
Australia.
